Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through both channels.
  • Provide objective feedback on the customer experience through questionnaires and surveys.
  • Select assignments that match your profile and interests.
  • Complete questionnaires after each evaluation.
  • Follow project objectives and any special requirements set by the brand.
  • Register, complete profile verification, and pass the general certification to become available for assignments.
  • Use the mobile platform to search for, apply to, and manage evaluation missions.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brands to maintain integrity.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is needed.
  • Must complete profile setup and general certification before taking assignments.
