Description

Develop and produce high-quality direct response video ads for ecommerce products using in-house content, UGC, and other creative assets.
Use creativity and storytelling techniques to capture audience attention and drive conversions.
Create video ads tailored for YouTube and TikTok platforms.
Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to improve ad performance.
Research target audience preferences, behaviors, and pain points to inform creative direction.
Tailor video ad content to match specific audience demographics and interests.
Collaborate with marketing strategists, graphic designers, and copywriters to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Work across multiple edits and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Present ideas and contribute to team collaboration on creative strategy.

Requirements

3+ years of video editing experience.
1+ years of experience creating direct response video ads.
Experience creating video ads for YouTube and TikTok.
A portfolio showcasing direct response video ads in the ecommerce sector.
Ability to juggle multiple edits and projects in a fast-paced setting.
Deep understanding of ecommerce marketing and translating product features into compelling video content.
Strong storytelling skills to create emotionally resonant video content.
Ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.
Ability to adapt to changing trends and algorithms in the digital marketing landscape.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
