Description

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day delivery leader and trusted counterpart for customer stakeholders.
  • Translate customer goals into engagement outcomes, priorities, plans, decisions, and success measures.
  • Lead governance meetings, workshops, status discussions, steering forums, escalations, and executive communications.
  • Build and manage engagement plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, delivery cadence, and governance.
  • Own engagement health across scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, financials, readiness, and customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate Cprime teams, customer resources, Moveworks/ServiceNow specialists, and technology partners as an integrated delivery team.
  • Manage Statements of Work, contractual scope, change requirements, budgets, forecasts, utilization, and commercial risks.
  • Facilitate technical discovery and coordinate discussions on integrations, data, security, identity, workflows, content, and platform readiness.
  • Drive launch readiness, testing, adoption, training, stabilization, transition to steady-state support, and roadmap planning.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to implementation methodologies, playbooks, reusable assets, and delivery standards.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading enterprise technology implementations, consulting engagements, or SaaS delivery programs.
  • Experience owning customer-facing engagements from planning and discovery through implementation, launch, and transition.
  • Hands-on project or program management experience covering scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, financials, and executive reporting.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional teams of business, technical, vendor, and executive stakeholders.
  • Technical fluency in integrations, APIs, enterprise platforms, data, identity, security, workflows, and solution dependencies.
  • Experience with enterprise AI, automation, digital employee experience, ServiceNow, IT service management, or related enterprise platforms.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills for technical teams and senior executives.
  • Ability to operate independently, bring clarity to ambiguous initiatives, and take accountability for engagement outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally based on customer and engagement needs.
  • Direct Moveworks or ServiceNow implementation experience; experience with generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, ITSM, knowledge management, SaaS integrations, change management, or relevant certifications is preferred.
