Description

  • Prepare and lead live virtual classroom sessions for large groups of learners.
  • Manage class time, Q&A, chat flow, and overall learner engagement during lectures.
  • Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and schedule adherence.
  • Assist in lesson design, development, and curriculum improvements, including tracking edits and suggested changes.
  • Adjust pacing and presentation to support diverse learner needs while meeting content delivery timelines.
  • Provide thoughtful, responsive support to learners throughout the lesson.
  • Maintain professional, respectful communication with learners, staff, contractors, and guest speakers.
  • Contribute feedback to the Correlation One team to help improve the course and learning experience.
  • Prepare thoroughly for lectures to deliver high-quality instruction.

Requirements

  • CDCP® (Certified Data Center Professional) from EPI.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English.
  • Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments.
  • Strong teaching, training, facilitation, coaching, or onboarding experience.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginner learners.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and support adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience mentoring, supervising, or leading technical teams is a plus.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or comparable foundational IT certifications are a plus.
  • Empathy, flexibility, patience, and a learner-centered mindset.
  • Ability to work remotely from a location compatible with Japan Standard Time.
