Description

  • Prepare and lead live virtual classroom sessions for 30 to 300 learners.
  • Deliver high-quality synchronous online lectures on technical content.
  • Manage class Q&A, monitor chat flow, and maintain learner engagement during sessions.
  • Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and schedule adherence.
  • Assist with lesson design, development, and curriculum improvements.
  • Provide thoughtful, responsive support to learners throughout the lesson.
  • Adjust pacing and presentation to meet the needs of diverse learners while covering prepared content on time.
  • Communicate regularly and professionally with Correlation One staff, contractors, and guest speakers.
  • Contribute feedback to improve the course and overall program experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent educator with strong communication skills.
  • Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments.
  • Mentoring or supervisory experience if no prior teaching experience.
  • Fluent in English with professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy, flexibility, and patience when working with diverse learners new to the content.
  • Passion for helping students upskill into data roles.
  • Ability to provide instruction in the Eastern Time zone is preferred.
  • A+ or Network+ certification is nice to have.
  • Availability for Tuesday and Thursday lectures from 12:30 pm to 3:00 PM ET during the July 27 to November 5, 2026 program window.
  • Willingness to contribute during weekdays and/or weekends as program schedules vary.
