Description

  • Prepare and lead live virtual classroom sessions for cohorts ranging from 200 to 8,000+ learners.
  • Deliver instruction on technical content tailored to learner needs, including math, verbal reasoning, and technical problem-solving.
  • Manage class Q&A, monitor chat flow, and maintain class energy and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth delivery and schedule adherence.
  • Assist with lesson design, development, and continuous curriculum improvement.
  • Adapt lesson pace and presentation to the needs of diverse learners while meeting planned content goals.
  • Communicate professionally and responsively with fellows, staff, contractors, and guest speakers.
  • Provide thoughtful feedback to the Correlation One team to improve the course and learning experience.
  • Prepare thoroughly for lectures to ensure high-quality instruction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or a related technical environment; Structures, Assembly & Integration, or Composites experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technician-level aerospace skills, including blueprint reading and precision measurement tools.
  • Hands-on experience in Structures, Assembly & Integration, or Composites, such as drilling and fastening, system assembly, torque application, or composite layup and bonding.
  • Experience working from written work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality specifications in a production or aerospace environment.
  • Experience with safety and quality standards such as OSHA, 5S, and FOD.
  • Demonstrated depth in at least one area: Structures, Assembly & Integration, or Composites.
  • Experience teaching, training, or mentoring adult learners in technical subjects.
  • Ability to deliver engaging instruction in a live, virtual environment at scale.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfort using digital collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
