Description

  • Conduct document review for eDiscovery matters, including privilege and responsiveness review.
  • Perform redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage and analyze case materials.
  • Assist with legal research and foreign language translation as needed.
  • Work as part of a document review team on project-based assignments.
  • Support privilege review and related attorney review tasks.
  • Adapt to remote, hybrid, or onsite project locations and schedules as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hindi is required.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction in good standing is required.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-review processes.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint is required.
  • Availability to work on a project-by-project basis, including remote work and potentially outside standard business hours.
  • Experience as a member of a document review team is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher is preferred.
  • 2+ years of legal support experience is preferred.
