Description

  • Conduct privilege and responsiveness review in document review projects.
  • Perform redactions, conceptual searching, first-level review, and second-level review as needed.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage and review case materials.
  • Support document review, privilege review, expert testimony, legal research, and foreign language translation assignments.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a document review team on project-based matters.
  • Adapt to project-specific location and schedule requirements, including potential work outside standard business hours.
  • Maintain high-accountability work product consistent with client and project needs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first and second review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Ability to work remotely on a project-by-project basis.
  • Availability to work hours established on a project-by-project basis, including outside standard business hours if required.

  • Hourly pay of $30 to $50 per hour.
