Description

  • Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, redactions, and related eDiscovery issues.
  • Perform first-level and second-level document review as assigned.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage and analyze case materials.
  • Conduct conceptual searches and other document review workflow tasks.
  • Collaborate with the review team on project-specific legal support needs.
  • Assist with legal research and related review support when needed.
  • Support expert testimony preparation and foreign language translation projects when assigned.

Requirements

  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, first and second review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Ability to work on a project-by-project basis with location and remote arrangements determined per assignment.
  • Availability to work project-based hours, including outside standard business hours when required.
