Description

  • Conduct privilege and responsiveness document review on assigned matters.
  • Perform first-pass and second-pass review workflows as needed.
  • Apply redactions to documents based on review instructions.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage and analyze materials.
  • Support conceptual searching and other eDiscovery review tasks.
  • Assist with document review team efforts on project-based assignments.
  • Contribute to legal research and other review-related work when required.
  • Work within project-specific schedules, including potential hours outside standard business hours.

Requirements

  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Ability to work on a project-by-project basis with location and hours determined by assignment.
  • Applicants must be barred attorneys.
  • Remote work may be available depending on the project.
