Description

  • Lead the development of robust .NET backend architectures with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
  • Design and evolve RESTful API integrations that automate and streamline enterprise workflows.
  • Manage SQL database environments, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Own the technical health and architectural evolution of mission-critical systems across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Identify and reduce technical debt by reverse-engineering complex logic and implementing modern improvements.
  • Provide deep code reviews and technical mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and document complex systems to improve team alignment.
  • Support and improve complex 3-tier and microservices-based architectures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated backend development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, and ASP.NET Web API.
  • Strong experience managing SQL databases, complex stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD, Git, and cloud-native environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Proven experience with microservices or distributed 3-tier architectures.
  • Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication for collaboration with US-based clients.
  • Mandatory experience in nearshore or offshore client-facing startup cultures.
