Description

  • Design and maintain scalable cloud environments using infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to maintain 24/7 observability and system health.
  • Integrate DevSecOps practices into the delivery lifecycle, including SSL, IAM, and data encryption controls.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and support engineering teams in resolving delivery and operations problems.
  • Promote high-velocity delivery practices and mentor teams on DevOps best practices.
  • Own the automation of operational toil across cloud-native infrastructure and deployment workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools, such as Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS.
  • Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go for automation tasks.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, for collaboration with US-based clients.
  • Mandatory experience in nearshore or offshore client-facing startup environments.
  • Experience working across diverse client technology stacks in a technology-agnostic environment.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and cloud security concepts is preferred.
