Description

  • Own the quality strategy for proving products are ready to ship across multiple platforms and workflows.
  • Lead testing efforts through tools and processes that combine QA fundamentals with modern automation and AI-assisted testing.
  • Build and scale a testing practice that supports faster releases and earlier defect detection.
  • Create and maintain regression, smoke, integration, and acceptance test coverage.
  • Translate requirements and acceptance criteria into clear test plans and automated validation.
  • Troubleshoot failed tests, isolate defects, identify flaky tests, and improve test reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to align on release readiness and quality expectations.
  • Establish and mature QA standards, coverage strategy, and tooling for the team.
  • Support release readiness decisions and manage defect lifecycle and regression risk.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of experience building or maintaining automated tests.
  • Experience testing modern web applications, APIs, integrations, and business workflows.
  • Experience establishing or significantly maturing a QA/automation practice, including testing standards, coverage strategy, and tooling.
  • Experience with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman, or similar.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong ability to translate requirements and acceptance criteria into clear test plans and automated validation.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted QA tools, test generation, self-healing tests, or low-code/no-code automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of release readiness, defect lifecycle management, regression risk, and test coverage.
  • Self-directed with the ability to set the quality agenda and communicate clearly with Product, Design, and Engineering.
