Description

  • Own hiring efforts for roles across multiple departments, including both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, hiring teams, and senior leaders.
  • Source candidates through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Manage the recruiting funnel from sourcing and screening through final interviews and offer closing.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and manage pipeline activity with limited supervision.
  • Maintain a healthy, organized candidate pipeline across a broad requisition load.
  • Consult with hiring managers on talent strategy and candidate selection.
  • Support diversity hiring and proactive networking efforts.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including scheduling, in the tech industry.
  • Experience building pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines.
  • Prior experience extending offers and closing candidates.
  • Ability to manage several requisitions at once and handle a high volume of candidates.
  • Developed boolean searching skills.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), with Lever preferred.
  • Experience engaging passive candidates through your professional network.
  • Strong partnership approach with engaged hiring managers.
  • Ability to write personalized outreach messages with high response rates.
  • Highly organized pipeline management skills.
  • Remote role based in the United States; location eligibility will be confirmed before advancing.
  • This is a 4-6 month temporary engagement.
