Description

  • Record natural bilingual conversations by following client-provided scripts.
  • Transcribe recordings accurately and apply the project’s transcription guidelines.
  • Segment audio into natural speech units.
  • Identify and label speakers when multiple voices are present.
  • Use punctuation and annotation tags correctly in transcriptions.
  • Maintain high-quality outputs by following project instructions closely.
  • Communicate with the Project Manager to clarify any uncertainties.
  • Manage assigned tasks independently and complete them by the deadline.

Requirements

  • Native speaker of one of the listed regional Spanish varieties: Mexican, Puerto Rican, U.S. bilingual Spanish-English (Spanglish), Dominican, or Central American.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • English proficiency of at least B2 level.
  • Comfortable understanding and speaking natural Spanish-English code-switching.
  • Strong listening, reading, and writing skills in both languages.
  • Detail-oriented and patient, with the ability to maintain at least 95% accuracy.
  • Willing to ask questions when unsure.
  • Able to work in a quiet environment suitable for recording audio.
  • Has a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
  • Able to manage time independently and meet deadlines.
  • Able to complete a pre-assessment as part of the screening process.
  • Previous experience in transcription, audio annotation, data labeling, or AI-related projects is preferred.
