Description

  • Work directly with the CMO and own day-to-day marketing execution end to end.
  • Plan and publish social content across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Lead go-to-market execution by turning strategy into sequenced launch and growth plans.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts that stand out in the AI and crypto landscape.
  • Design, run, measure, and iterate on growth experiments and campaigns.
  • Track market trends and turn cultural moments into content and campaign opportunities.
  • Produce and direct short-form video content, including launch videos and UGC-style content.
  • Run full-cycle growth marketing for consumer AI products across awareness, activation, retention, and referral.
  • Build AI automations and AI-native workflows to improve marketing team productivity.
  • Support broader marketing efforts across SEO, PR, growth hacking, and YouTube.

Requirements

  • Strong well-rounded marketing experience across go-to-market, growth, content, social, SEO, and PR.
  • Ability to generate campaign ideas and execute them independently.
  • Fluency in both Web3 and Web2 tech culture.
  • Deep knowledge of Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Understanding of launch videos, UGC-style content, and short-form video performance.
  • Daily use of AI tools and experience setting up AI automations.
  • Solid understanding of go-to-market motions, ideally including developer-led and self-serve funnels.
  • Experience with or strong interest in scaling consumer AI products across B2B and B2C.
  • Builder mentality with a bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating.
  • Preferred: experience taking a consumer AI product to market and growing it.
  • Preferred: experience in Web3 or crypto.
  • Preferred: hands-on growth hacking experience with experiments you have run and scaled.
  • Preferred: experience building AI agents or automations that replace manual marketing work.
  • Preferred: track record in short-form video production or directing creators.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of SEO and GEO / AI-search visibility.
  • Preferred: experience owning PR or earned-media motions.
  • Preferred: personal build-in-public presence or audience.
