Description

  • Manage corporate accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections, vendor inquiries, and A/R analysis.
  • Administer the Ramp platform by processing transactions, managing cards and approvals, coding expenses, and reconciling activity.
  • Own vendor and contract management, including onboarding, record maintenance, renewal tracking, compliance terms, and ACH/payment updates.
  • Support intercompany billings and reconciliations as needed.
  • Create invoices and post charges to tenant ledgers.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate accounting documentation, files, workbooks, property spreadsheets, and trackers in electronic filing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including accountants and auditors, to resolve issues and answer inquiries.
  • Track and communicate the status of workflow tasks to supervisors and support multiple teammates across the Accounting and Finance Department.
  • Work on ad hoc projects and initiatives, including assignments with ambiguity or without established processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, financial operations, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with accounting systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST).
