Description

  • Serve as the client's internal advocate across creative production work.
  • Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules.
  • Track tasks and deliverables for assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Work with production teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on brief.
  • Review editorial, design, and video work before client delivery and provide feedback when changes are needed.
  • Attend weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client check-ins.
  • Escalate and resolve content or strategy issues quickly and effectively.
  • Use proprietary software and industry tools to manage work and support production processes.

Requirements

  • 100% remote, full-time contract role open to candidates in the Philippines.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong editorial and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with proprietary software and industry tools.
  • Exceptional product knowledge and deep understanding of production processes.
  • Attention to detail and diligent record-keeping habits.
  • Good people skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
