Description

  • Administer Salesforce objects, data models, page layouts, record types, and business processes.
  • Build and maintain Flow automation and approval processes, including retiring legacy automation where appropriate.
  • Configure Sales Cloud features including leads, opportunities, products, pricing, quotes, forecasting, territories, and lead routing.
  • Configure Service Cloud features including cases, Service Console, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, entitlements, and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and delivery leads to translate requirements into prioritized backlog items.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, support releases and testing, and provide effort estimates for enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvement across Salesforce administration, configuration, and automation processes.
  • Support Lightning for Outlook integration and Agentforce proof-of-concept configuration and testing.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, stakeholder demos, and occasional critical after-hours or weekend support.
  • Promote information security, assess risks, and help protect data throughout its lifecycle in compliance with privacy standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including 1+ year supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in production.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, record types, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, roles, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flow automation and approval processes.
  • Practical experience configuring Sales Cloud pipeline management, products, price books, quotes, and forecasting.
  • Practical experience configuring Service Cloud Case management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Entitlements/SLAs.
  • Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments, including backlog refinement and story estimation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues under pressure and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Availability for core Pacific Time hours and occasional after-hours or weekend production support.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; Platform Administrator II strongly preferred.
  • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification, Lightning for Outlook experience, Agentforce/Einstein exposure, large-scale Salesforce program experience, and familiarity with Salesforce CLI, Gearset, Copado, or similar tools are preferred.
