Description

  • Execute processes assigned by the client and/or management.
  • Ensure productivity and quality targets are consistently met.
  • Enter data by encoding handwritten details from photo forms.
  • Review submissions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities as they arise.
  • Report process deficiencies to support accurate task execution.
  • Create and complete projects assigned by the client.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to complete projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or college degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM systems and similar applications or tools.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications.
  • Own work device.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Passion for client satisfaction.
  • Curious and authentic mindset aligned with Boldr's values.
