Description

  • Contribute to UX research work for client projects across a variety of industries.
  • Support short-term freelance engagements ranging from 1 to 4 months.
  • Participate in long-term embedded contract work lasting 6 to 18 months.
  • Work on full-time or part-time engagements as client needs arise.
  • Collaborate with Blink’s consulting teams and client partners on changing project needs.
  • Help deliver research insights for products that people use, love, and remember.

Requirements

  • Experience in UX research, strategy, or design is relevant for this opportunity.
  • Interest in freelance work, long-term embedded contract work, or both.
  • Availability for remote contract engagements.
  • Ability to work on project lengths that may range from 1-4 months for freelance roles or 6-18 months for embedded roles.
  • Willingness to support clients across different industries.
  • Pay expectation aligned with the listed freelance rate of $70-$100/hr (1099), or review of posted salary ranges for embedded roles.
  • Understanding that actual pay will be determined based on experience, location, and role requirements.
