Description

  • Partner with clients to shape and validate technical solutions for content modernization and GenAI enablement.
  • Advise on technology stacks, implementation tradeoffs, and approaches across CMS/DAM, front end, APIs, and AI services.
  • Translate content strategy and design intent into executable technical plans.
  • Design and build proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feasibility, value, and scalability.
  • Implement front-end integrations with headless CMS and DAM platforms.
  • Build or integrate GenAI workflows into content creation, assembly, and delivery pipelines.
  • Collaborate with client and partner engineering teams on implementation.
  • Integrate AI-assisted authoring, retrieval, and personalization features into content systems.
  • Define guardrails for AI usage, including privacy, consent, accessibility, and observability.
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and scalability are built into solutions from the start.
  • Define testing strategies for content models, front-end rendering, and AI outputs.
  • Support launch readiness with documentation, runbooks, and defect triage.
  • Act as an internal technical advisor and help shape future team growth.

Requirements

  • Senior-level, hands-on engineering experience with continued willingness to code.
  • Strong front-end fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript; React and Next.js preferred.
  • Experience integrating headless CMS and DAM platforms such as Contentful, AEM Headless, or Sitecore.
  • Practical experience with LLMs, RAG patterns, or AI-driven workflows.
  • Comfort designing APIs, data contracts, and front-end/state management patterns.
  • Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a consulting or delivery role.
  • Experience embedding AI into content workflows such as authoring, assembly, review, or personalization.
  • Understanding of evaluation metrics for quality, safety, and accessibility, plus human-in-the-loop review.
  • Familiarity with privacy, compliance, and accessibility considerations for AI systems.
  • Experience with front-end testing, including unit, integration, and UI testing, plus accessibility tooling.
  • Ability to design validation strategies for modular content and AI outputs.
  • Design systems experience with Storybook, tokens, or enterprise component libraries is preferred.
  • Performance optimization experience with SSR/ISR and edge/CDN strategies is preferred.
  • Experience with internationalization and localization workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with AI observability, cost monitoring, or prompt optimization is preferred.
  • Experience with CMS-integrated AI evaluation or reviewer dashboards is preferred.
