Description

  • Conduct field site investigations for property condition assessments at regional job sites.
  • Work alongside full-time staff to support a variety of projects across the United States.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Apply knowledge of property condition assessment workflows in commercial real estate due diligence.
  • Travel as needed to regional job sites to complete field assignments.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel to regional job sites for field site investigations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience conducting property condition assessments.
  • Experience using Quire.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Professional certification such as Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) is beneficial but not required.
  • Radon and AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required.
  • Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
  • Knowledge and experience with HUD scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
