Description

  • Conduct onsite property inspections for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments.
  • Prepare professional assessment reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
  • Work independently to complete full reports from field findings to final deliverable.
  • Manage multiple project assignments while meeting established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the firm's full-time team as part of the approved Subconsultant Network.
  • Travel to job sites as needed to complete field inspections.
  • Support projects for commercial real estate due diligence assignments nationwide.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
  • Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
  • Strong technical writing skills and the ability to complete full reports independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ASTM standards for ESA or PCA guidelines.
  • Experience using Quire or similar reporting platforms preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Professional credentials such as CEP, RA, PE, or similar are beneficial but not required.
  • Radon or AHERA (Asbestos) certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD scope projects preferred.
