Description

  • Manage efficient workflows for projects across assigned accounts.
  • Create project and staffing plans, forecast workloads, and allocate resources with agency teams.
  • Prepare and manage client MLR submissions.
  • Develop timelines, advise on estimates, monitor budgets and schedules, and escalate concerns for corrective action.
  • Schedule and lead project kickoffs covering scope, schedules, job levels, folder structures, statements of work, and creative assets.
  • Define program requirements and system specifications with internal teams and clients as needed.
  • Lead internal creative review meetings and secure approvals.
  • Conduct team status meetings, document risks and issues, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
  • Coordinate internal copy and layout reviews, routing assets for creative and proofreading approvals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in an agency environment, ideally in pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience managing digital projects such as website builds, emails, banners, and content updates.
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of website development.
  • Experience managing projects with data and analytics components and translating outputs into insights and tactics.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industries preferred.
  • Understanding of resourcing creative and technical teams across projects preferred.
