Description

  • Advise family office clients on management and operational needs.
  • Improve processes for optimal flow of operations.
  • Support the execution of monthly action plans.
  • Identify internal and contextual roadblocks.
  • Break goals into actionable steps and define plans of action.
  • Provide clients with resources to implement action plans.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and control measures.
  • Review, analyze, and report on client tools and resources to ensure best practices.
  • Evaluate client progress using KPIs and scoring matrices.
  • Maintain accurate records of consulting outcomes, challenges, and breakthroughs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of previous experience within a family office.
  • In-depth knowledge of current regulatory environments.
  • Expert-level industry knowledge within the alternatives space.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert collaborative, analytical, and research skills.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Experience advising alternative asset firms and family office clients is preferred.
  • Ability to work on a project-based, as-needed basis.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory-based guidance.
