Description

  • Submit a 2-minute voice audition in a quiet environment as part of the selection process.
  • Participate in 2 hours of conversational voice recording from home if selected.
  • Hold natural, unscripted conversations with an AI-powered bot across a range of topics.
  • Speak for about 70% of each conversation by providing detailed, spontaneous responses.
  • Complete multiple short recording sessions of around 10 minutes per topic.
  • Follow guidance on natural speaking style, pronunciation, clarity, response length, and conversational flow.
  • Re-record sections when needed to meet quality or technical requirements.
  • Sign an NDA before the final recording session if shortlisted.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hindi, with native or near-native proficiency preferred.
  • Ability to speak naturally, clearly, and confidently without relying on a script.
  • Comfortable discussing everyday and professional topics in conversation.
  • Able to provide detailed, spontaneous, and relevant responses.
  • Prior experience in voice recording, voice-over, speech data collection, or similar work is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Access to a quiet, controlled recording environment at home.
  • Stable and reliable internet connection.
  • Access to a good-quality microphone or earphones/headset with a microphone.
  • Ability to follow recording instructions and complete sessions within the specified timeline.

Benefits

  • Rs. 500/hour compensation.
  • Maximum payout of Rs. 1,000 for 2 hours of recording.
