Description

  • Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs in C#/.NET that power the platform's core business logic.
  • Implement and maintain the service layer for asset tracking, facility navigation, and event detection features.
  • Integrate with third-party positioning and telemetry providers and their APIs.
  • Define and evolve API contracts in collaboration with the frontend team for the web admin portal and mobile app.
  • Write automated tests and participate in code review to keep the codebase maintainable as the platform grows.
  • Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of backend services in production.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET for backend service development.
  • Experience integrating with third-party APIs and webhooks.
  • Comfort working with real-time or near-real-time data processing requirements.
  • Experience with a major cloud platform, with Azure preferred for the .NET stack.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a small, cross-functional, fast-moving team.
  • Experience with actor-model or distributed-systems frameworks, such as Orleans, is preferred.
  • Background in industrial, logistics, or IoT domains is preferred.
  • Must be available for at least 4 hours during the full-time schedule.
  • Vietnam-based candidates only.

Benefits

  • Remote work for Vietnam-based candidates.
  • Estimated project duration of 19 weeks.
  • Full-time schedule of 8 hours per day.
  • Freelance / Service Agreement arrangement.
  • Hourly rate of $12–$16.
