Description

  • Design, scale, and maintain real-time advertising bidding systems, including DSPs, RTB exchanges, and SSP platforms.
  • Optimize backend services in Java and Go to meet strict low-latency SLA and SLO targets.
  • Build and manage data-intensive architectures using Aerospike, ClickHouse, and Apache Kafka.
  • Work on asynchronous data streaming and other high-performance infrastructure components.
  • Participate in R&D initiatives involving GenAI and workflow automation.
  • Integrate Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and N8N for predictive analytics and automation.
  • Take full ownership of features end to end, from backend implementation to delivery.
  • Contribute to the frontend layer for internal tools and dashboards when needed using React and TypeScript.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial software development experience with Java as the primary language.
  • Deep knowledge of the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.
  • Strong practical experience with reactive and asynchronous programming using Spring WebFlux and Project Reactor.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and JVM-level performance tuning.
  • Strong verbal English skills at B2 level or higher for architectural discussions and collaboration on voice calls.
  • Commercial programming experience or strong familiarity with Go (Golang).
  • Hands-on experience with high-load and Big Data tools including Apache Kafka, ClickHouse, and Aerospike.
  • Real-world experience or strong interest in LLMs and AI orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or N8N.
  • Familiarity with frontend development using ReactJS and TypeScript.
  • Must be located outside the Russian Federation due to contractual and payment restrictions; candidates from Belarus need an active legal entity or IP in Georgia or Europe for international payments.
