Description

  • Complete virtual onboarding training and become a certified Casper Rater.
  • Complete ongoing refresher training and paid annual recertification.
  • Review applicant text and video responses, compare them with the test-taking pool, and assign scores using established guidelines.
  • Provide feedback to improve the Casper test, platforms, and content.
  • Participate consistently in rating sessions while maintaining professionalism, fairness, and integrity.
  • Respond promptly to surveys and feedback and communicate scoring decisions clearly.
  • Identify and address potential implicit bias during evaluations.

Requirements

  • New Zealand citizenship and current residence in New Zealand.
  • Own a desktop or laptop computer for remote work.
  • No plans to apply to or become a student in a program using Casper within the next 2–3 years.
  • Strong written communication and proactive issue escalation skills.
  • Demonstrated communication, self-awareness, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Ability to complete required training, knowledge checks, calibration assessments, and annual recertification.
  • Successful completion of the application, Mini-Casper, reading comprehension test, and 20-minute video conversation.
  • Ability to complete paid online Rater training within 5 business days.
