Description

  • Deliver legal documents to individuals in your assigned service area.
  • Claim jobs, map stops, and track pay using the company mobile app.
  • Plan efficient routes and complete service attempts at appropriate times.
  • Work independently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Interact pleasantly and personally with recipients and others encountered during service.
  • Manage variable service attempts required every 48 hours, including follow-up attempts as needed.
  • Choose your workload and service areas based on your availability.
  • Follow applicable court rules, civil procedure requirements, and state service laws.

Requirements

  • Must have your own reliable transportation.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Must have an iPhone, iPad, or Android smart device.
  • Must be able to use a mobile app to manage work.
  • Must be able to scan and print documents.
  • Must be available for variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
  • Some states require registration as a Process Server.
  • Some states require meeting a minimum age to serve.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the United States without work authorization.
