Description

  • Resolve assigned trust and safety cases while meeting quality, accuracy, productivity, and turnaround targets.
  • Triage ticket backlogs according to urgency, risk, and service-level requirements.
  • Evaluate evidence from enforcement reports and apply consistent, policy-aligned actions.
  • Investigate flagged activity using internal case management and investigative tools.
  • Document investigative reasoning, decisions, and outcomes clearly.
  • Escalate ambiguous or high-stakes cases with relevant evidence and context.
  • Identify emerging patterns, unusual activity spikes, and recurring abuse tactics.
  • Participate in rotating on-call coverage for up to seven days at a time, including limited weekend or holiday coverage.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in trust and safety, fraud, privacy, compliance, or a similar operational function.
  • Experience managing ticket-based workflows against productivity and SLA benchmarks.
  • Ability to apply policy frameworks consistently and recognize when escalation is needed.
  • Strong attention to detail while handling high case volumes.
  • Strong pattern-recognition and case-summary skills.
  • Willingness and ability to handle sexual, violent, or otherwise disturbing material.
  • Familiarity with case management platforms, investigative tools, and approved AI-assisted workflows.
  • Flexibility to move between queues as priorities change.
  • Experience drafting case summaries or enforcement write-ups using standard templates preferred.
  • Strong writing, sound judgment with sensitive data, and experience with calibration sessions preferred.
