Description

  • Architect, deploy, and support production-grade platform infrastructure, AI features, agentic workflows, and interactive user experiences.
  • Translate ambiguous business and user requirements into staged technical execution plans.
  • Design and maintain infrastructure that enables teams to build, test, and ship AI-native capabilities safely.
  • Build automated validation and verification frameworks for AI models, generated features, and high-consequence financial logic.
  • Integrate AI/ML models with backend and frontend systems.
  • Manage and optimize AWS services, including ECS, Lambda, Postgres, DynamoDB, S3, Bedrock, and Amplify.
  • Identify architectural bottlenecks, refactor fragile areas, and maintain high code quality.
  • Mentor engineers through design guidance, code reviews, and AI-native development practices.
  • Communicate technical tradeoffs, outcomes, and challenges to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Promote data quality, privacy, ethical AI development, and ongoing adoption of modern AI engineering tools.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in fintech, platform development, ERP integrations, or SaaS applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including complex backend architecture.
  • Experience with relational SQL databases and non-relational storage.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS services including ECS, Lambda, Postgres, DynamoDB, S3, Bedrock, and Amplify, plus cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience leading complex projects from ambiguity through production delivery in asynchronous, globally distributed environments.
  • Experience designing automated testing and verification solutions for high-consequence business logic.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, including custom skills and MCP integrations.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data science principles and hands-on model tuning is preferred.
