Description

Build and maintain responsive, high-quality web interfaces for a consumer health platform.
Translate designs and product requirements into clean, performant, accessible UI.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers in an agile environment.
Write reusable components and contribute to the shared component library.
Participate in code reviews and help maintain a high engineering bar.
Debug, profile, and optimize frontend performance across devices and browsers.

Requirements

3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Strong proficiency with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Solid command of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with modern build tooling and Git-based workflows.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Strong written and spoken English for daily collaboration with a U.S.-based team.
Based in Latin America with reliable ability to work U.S.-overlapping hours.
Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks is preferred.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated consumer products is preferred.
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is preferred.
Experience with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG) is preferred.
