Description

  • Manage your own time while working to company priorities.
  • Build new features and improve existing functionality across the platforms.
  • Refactor and enhance applications to keep them performant, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to support software reliability.
  • Participate in every phase of the software lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
  • Contribute to technical discussions and help shape applications and infrastructure.
  • Work across the full stack, from backend logic to frontend interactions.
  • Identify inefficiencies and help streamline workflows.
  • Take ownership of deliverables and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of PHP development experience, with expertise in at least one framework such as Symfony or Zend preferred.
  • 12+ years of web application development experience.
  • 6+ years of experience with frontend frameworks or libraries such as Vue.js, React, Nuxt, or Next.js.
  • Deep understanding of scalable web architectures, including monolithic, microservices, or hybrid approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and non-engineers.
  • Passion for automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong expertise in PHP development, debugging, and algorithm/software design.
  • Knowledge of agile development tools, techniques, and principles.
  • Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • Experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong grasp of web security, including encryption, authentication, and authorization.
  • Willingness to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
