Description

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and occasionally Python.
  • Collaborate with teammates on engineering best practices that balance aesthetics, scalability, and performance.
  • Participate in pair programming and code reviews by giving and receiving technical feedback.
  • Work closely with design, product, and leadership teams to anticipate future needs and align the technology roadmap with long-term goals.
  • Contribute independently to code that supports the company’s mission of helping people make better investment decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing highly performant and scalable web applications.
  • Proficiency with agentic workflows and AI-driven automation.
  • Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
  • Understanding of backend development using Python.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience with sophisticated application state management tools such as Apollo Client or Redux.
  • Experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines for Python applications.
  • Proven track record working in high-performance teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with security best practices in web development.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay range of $95 to $110 USD.
