Description

  • Lead technical teams developing dynamic user interfaces for web applications.
  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality user experience across frontend projects.
  • Engage with and motivate clients throughout the development process.
  • Drive frontend development work and envision future improvements.
  • Lead development teams in an agile context.
  • Decompose work and assign tasks to team members.
  • Remove blockers and keep development efforts moving forward.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to Agile discussions.
  • Work closely with designers to create engaging interfaces.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of professional experience.
  • Track record as a technical leader with teamwide impact.
  • Experience leading development teams in an agile context.
  • Experience decomposing and assigning work to team members.
  • Experience removing blockers and maintaining forward momentum.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Extensive experience with React.
  • Experience with Redux Toolkit.
  • Experience with React Query.
  • Experience with Node.js / Koa.
  • Experience with frontend build toolchains.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and frontend performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with UI/UX principles and collaborating with designers.
  • B2 level (upper-intermediate) or higher English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in that country are eligible.
