Description

Manage multiple Meta ad accounts independently with full ownership.
Build, launch, test, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and decide what to scale, improve, or stop.
Monitor key performance metrics such as cost per lead and cost per booked appointment.
Evaluate campaign quality beyond lead volume, including downstream conversion performance.
Develop campaign strategy and define creative direction for ads.
Write content and creative briefs for video editors.
Review ad creatives and determine which ads should go live.
Collaborate with the CSM, founder, and creative team to improve results.
Support landing page or GoHighLevel funnel performance when needed.

Requirements

Hands-on experience running Meta ads for lead generation.
Experience managing campaigns for local service businesses or similar performance-driven service models.
Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and prioritize attention effectively.
Strong understanding of performance metrics, especially cost per lead and cost per appointment.
Ability to diagnose account issues quickly and identify what to test first.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work full-time aligned with EST hours, Monday to Friday.
Experience with GoHighLevel is preferred.
Experience with landing pages or lead generation funnels is preferred.
Previous exposure to contractor, home services, or similar local business verticals is preferred.
