Description

  • Build and maintain enterprise AI-powered applications and backend services using Python and C#.
  • Integrate LLMs and generative AI capabilities into business-process workflows.
  • Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using enterprise knowledge bases and structured and unstructured data.
  • Implement AI agents, tool-calling capabilities, and orchestrated workflows to automate complex tasks.
  • Design and develop secure REST APIs and microservices with FastAPI, C#, and .NET.
  • Containerize and deploy cloud applications on Microsoft Azure using CI/CD automation.
  • Evaluate AI outputs, improve retrieval quality, and optimize latency, reliability, and cloud resource consumption.
  • Collaborate with AI architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver technical designs in production.

Requirements

  • Professional software engineering experience with Python and C#.
  • Experience developing REST APIs, backend services, and microservices architectures.
  • Experience with cloud development and containerized deployments, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience integrating generative AI and LLMs using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
  • Knowledge of RAG architecture, embeddings, vector search, and data retrieval pipelines.
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and independent-work abilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1) for technical discussions and international collaboration.
  • Must be based in Latin America.
  • Experience with React and TypeScript frontend and UI integration is preferred.
