Description

  • Design pitch decks, client presentations, credentials decks, and internal presentations using brand guidelines and templates.
  • Translate written content, outlines, and data into clear slides with strong visual hierarchy and flow.
  • Create charts, diagrams, timelines, and infographics to explain complex information.
  • Adapt decks into different versions, formats, and aspect ratios while maintaining consistency.
  • Source, edit, and prepare imagery, icons, and mockups for presentations.
  • Maintain editable decks using master slides, styles, and reusable components.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account teams to refine content and visuals.
  • Apply feedback accurately and efficiently, often under tight deadlines.
  • Prepare final files in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and PDF formats.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress or potential delays.
  • Stay current with presentation design trends, AI-powered workflows, and emerging tools.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience, including internships, freelance work, or entry-level roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating presentation or pitch deck work, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency with Google Slides, including master slides and templates.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Basic data visualization skills using charts, tables, and diagrams.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and interest in using them in design workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across long documents and multiple slides.
  • Ability to interpret briefs, follow direction, and incorporate feedback accurately.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Agency or fast-paced marketing experience preferred.
  • Basic motion skills, such as slide transitions and simple animations, preferred.
  • Must be based in Latin America and submit a resume in English.
