Description

  • Record audio and video tasks that contribute to training next-generation AI systems.
  • Participate in speaking, labeling, reviewing, and other task-based recording activities.
  • Follow on-screen instructions and complete each task as directed.
  • Review task requirements before beginning partner onboarding and assigned work.
  • Produce clear, accurate submissions in a suitable recording environment.
  • Support collection of high-quality human data for AI understanding of speech, behavior, communication, and real-world interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swahili.
  • Availability for freelance, project-based work with variable task lengths.
  • Ability to complete work remotely.
  • Ability to follow detailed task instructions carefully.
  • Ability to record audio and video in a clear and suitable environment.
  • Completion of both the application and the required screening form to be considered.
  • Willingness to participate in AI-assisted hiring steps, such as application or response review.
