Description

  • Annotate and label text, images, and audio to create training data for AI systems.
  • Evaluate search results, ads, and chatbot/LLM responses for quality, relevance, and accuracy.
  • Create and test prompts to improve the performance of large language models.
  • Ensure content reflects cultural, linguistic, and industry-specific accuracy for Sinhala audiences.
  • Follow project instructions and quality guidelines while using provided digital tools and platforms.
  • Review project details (scope, timeline, compensation) and accept assignments based on personal availability.
  • Participate in projects of varying lengths, from a few days to several weeks.
  • Communicate with project managers and collaborate with the global contributor community as needed.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Sinhala.
  • Based in Sri Lanka or able to work remotely.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and curious about technology.
  • Ability to work on a freelance, project-by-project basis and manage personal availability.
  • Cultural and linguistic awareness relevant to Sinhala content.
