Description

  • Provide subjective and objective ratings of search results based on project rules and conventions.
  • Complete rating tasks and related assignments in Traditional Chinese.
  • Conduct online research and web browsing to evaluate query/result relevance and intent.
  • Follow detailed client instructions, project conventions, and quality guidelines.
  • Complete required learning modules and pass the client’s quality test before beginning work and maintain rating quality thereafter.
  • Meet weekly goals and log a minimum of 10 up to 20 hours per week while setting your own schedule.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Non-Disclosure Agreement and client data protections.
  • Use and maintain a reliable computer, internet connection, and up-to-date antivirus software while performing web-based tasks.
  • Communicate with project management and seek support during designated business hours when needed.

Requirements

  • Located in Taiwan (Taiwan-based applicants only).
  • Fully proficient in Traditional Chinese and strong understanding of English.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Simplified Chinese.
  • Available to work a minimum of 10 hours and up to 20 hours per week with a self-set schedule.
  • Dedicated exclusively to this Search Quality rating program and not participating in other search or ads rating programs.
  • No current or previous experience with Ads quality rating (explicit disqualification).
  • Web-savvy with excellent online research skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable computer system, stable internet connection, and current anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with client conventions and rules.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and pass required learning modules and a client-designed quality test; apply with a Gmail address per client requirement.
