Description

  • Review search-related content and provide subjective and objective ratings based on client rules and conventions.
  • Complete tasks in Indonesian (Indonesia) to improve the online search experience and augment AI data.
  • Use judgment to infer user intent and assess the relevance and quality of search results.
  • Follow project instructions, conventions, and quality standards in all assigned work.
  • Manage your own schedule to meet weekly goals within the required hours.
  • Coordinate with the project management team during business hours when support is needed.
  • Pass the required learning modules and quality test before beginning work.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Indonesian (Indonesia).
  • Strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Indonesian (Indonesia).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with ads quality rating.
  • Must be the only person in the household working as a Search Quality Rater.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project conventions and rules.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must pass client-provided learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
  • Preferred: experience handling a variety of documents and content types in multicultural, international environments.
  • Preferred: ability to apply for the role using a Gmail address to meet client requirements.
