Description

  • Provide subjective and objective ratings of search results according to project rules and conventions.
  • Support the client's search quality rating project by evaluating online search engine relevance and intent matching.
  • Help develop and augment AI data through consistent quality assessments.
  • Set and manage your own schedule to meet weekly project goals.
  • Work within the client's rating guidelines and project conventions.
  • Communicate with the project management team during business hours when support is needed.
  • Complete required learning modules and quality testing before starting work.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in English (UK) with a strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in English (UK).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with Ads quality rating.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with client rules and conventions.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must pass learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
