Description

  • Provide subjective and objective ratings of search results and web content according to project rules and conventions.
  • Evaluate content and user intent in Australian English to help develop and augment AI datasets and improve search experience.
  • Complete assigned rating tasks and meet weekly goals while setting your own schedule (minimum 10 hours, up to 20 hours per week).
  • Perform online research and surf the web to assess content quality, relevance, and intent.
  • Follow detailed project instructions, guidelines, and client conventions precisely.
  • Remain dedicated to this Search Quality rating program and avoid participating in other search or ads rating programs.
  • Report issues and request support from the project management or Community team as needed (support available during stated hours).

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Australian English.
  • Must be located in Australia.
  • Strong understanding of Australian popular culture.
  • Excellent online research skills and web-savviness.
  • Reliable computer system, internet connection, and up-to-date anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project conventions and rules.
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search/ads rating programs.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours and up to 20 hours per week; weekly hours may vary.
