Description

  • Implement complex writing rules for structure, content, register, and perspective across customer review summaries.
  • Conduct research and fact-check information to ensure summaries are accurate and factually correct.
  • Edit and refine summaries to improve clarity, readability, and overall quality.
  • Synthesize customer reviews into concise summaries that accurately capture key points and sentiment.
  • Apply project-specific content and editorial guidelines consistently across all summaries.
  • Adapt project guidelines to Danish language and local country conventions.
  • Work independently in an online, guideline-driven production environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content editing, summarization, localization, or similar language-focused work.
  • Strong ability to follow complex editorial and content guidelines with high consistency.
  • Excellent research and fact-checking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in an online, guideline-driven production environment.
  • Danish language proficiency for this Denmark-based project.
  • Experience working on content that requires faithful representation of sentiment and accuracy.
  • Experience in freelance or remote language services work is preferred.
