Description

  • Review content against defined project guidelines and criteria.
  • Evaluate and annotate different types of content consistently and accurately.
  • Apply structured judgment to maintain annotation quality across tasks.
  • Follow project instructions and adapt to guideline updates as needed.
  • Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines on a part-time basis.
  • Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions to align on task expectations.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in German (Germany) at C2 level or equivalent, with strong grammar, fluency, and regional usage.
  • Fluency in English to understand instructions and communicate basic reasoning when needed.
  • Professional experience in localization QA, translation/revision, linguistic work, or AI/ML data annotation is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to follow structured guidelines and make consistent decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency across tasks.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving guidelines.
  • Availability to commit to the project duration and expected workload.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer.
  • Ability to work as an independent freelance contractor in Germany.
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms such as music, podcasts, or media is a plus.
