Description

  • Review content against defined project guidelines and structured criteria.
  • Evaluate and annotate different types of content with consistency and accuracy.
  • Apply consistent judgment to maintain annotation quality across tasks.
  • Follow project instructions and incorporate guideline updates as needed.
  • Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines on a part-time schedule.
  • Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions.
  • Contribute to content quality improvements that support AI systems at scale.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Arabic (Morocco) at C2 level or equivalent.
  • Strong command of grammar, fluency, and regional language usage.
  • Professional experience in localization QA, translation/revision, linguistic tasks, or AI/ML data annotation is preferred.
  • Fluency in English to understand instructions and communicate basic reasoning when needed.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to follow structured guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency across tasks.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving guidelines.
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms such as music, podcasts, or media is a plus.
  • Availability to commit to the project duration and expected workload.
  • Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
  • Ability to work as an independent freelance contractor in Morocco.
