Description

  • Review and grade internet advertisements for relevance and quality based on user keywords.
  • Evaluate ad suggestions and provide ratings/feedback to help train and improve AI ad delivery.
  • Review ads in both Croatian and English and assess language-appropriate relevance.
  • Research topics online and use search engines to determine user intent and ad-context fit.
  • Follow project guidelines and complete task-based assignments accurately and on time.
  • Sign and adhere to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) while maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Manage your own schedule and task queue within the project’s minimum and maximum weekly hours.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian.
  • Strong understanding of English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable knowledge of modern popular culture.
  • Reliable computer system and stable internet connection.
  • Familiarity with using online search engines.
  • Must reside in Croatia and be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor/freelancer in Croatia.
  • Willingness to sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement and Service Level Agreement.
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week with the ability to work up to 20 hours per week; flexibility as weekly hours may vary.
  • Agree not to use IP masking programs (such as VPNs) and to pass identity checks used in the hiring process.
  • Comfortable with a self-paced, automated recruitment process that may use AI tools to assist screening.
